i've been out of hospital for 3 weeks now
while in hosptial things went better for a while but only a while
as i was pretty stable when i went in the whole stay just made my overall situation worse
now that im out i somehow have 0 motivation for anything
like...
i had motivation before going in and went there so i get motivation back and it turns out i have none
makes total sense alright
anyway while i was in there due to the stress (being with lots of people all the time, no time for yourself, being watched 24/7 (literally) everyone being pretty much insane around you and just holy shit...) i started selfharming WAY WORSE
